Service areas

Ten areas, and a different job in each of them

A 1920s Heights bungalow, a 1970s Spring ranch and a twenty-year-old Katy two-storey have almost nothing in common once the walls are open. Each page below covers what is actually different about building there.

We work out of Houston and travel across the metro — roughly a 45-mile radius, across 6 county groupings. If your address is not on one of these pages, call and ask; the answer is usually yes.

Why we wrote ten different pages

Location pages are usually a copy and paste job

Most contractor sites have thirty of them, identical except for the city name. They are useless to a homeowner and Google treats them as doorway pages.

Ours are different from each other because the work is. Fort Bend clay moves differently from the sand ridges up in Tomball. The Woodlands reviews a patio cover before you build it and unincorporated Harris County does not. Kingwood has a flood history that changes how you close a wall. That is what is on these pages.
