Short, because this site does very little with your information.
This policy covers this website. It was last reviewed when the site was published.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and choose to send. That is your name, email address, phone number, the message you write, and the optional details about the job — the service you are asking about, your city or neighborhood, and your rough timeline. The page you were on when you submitted is sent with it, so we know what you were reading.
There is one hidden field in the form. It is a spam trap: automated submissions fill it in, people never see it, and anything that arrives with it filled gets discarded. It collects nothing about you.
What we do not collect
- No analytics. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmap or session recorder, and no third-party tag manager.
- No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own for advertising or analytics.
- No account, no profile. There is nothing to sign up for.
- No location data. Photographs published on this site have their camera metadata stripped before upload, including GPS coordinates.
Where your message goes
The contact form posts to a lead-handling service operated by Olynx, which records the enquiry and forwards it to our inbox. That service processes the submission on our behalf so that our email address does not have to be published on this website, where it would be harvested by spam crawlers within days.
We use what you send to reply to you and to quote the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the job they relate to and for our own business records afterwards. If you would like your enquiry deleted, call (281) 883-9927 and ask, and we will remove it.
Third-party links
This site links out to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and their own tracking, and this policy does not cover them.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
